I am glad to read that my article helped you in understanding some concepts in music better as I tried to share my findings: harmony and consonance, and by extension tonal systems, are a result of the natural frequencies of the instruments being used; the latter co-evolve with the tonal system.

There are still a few things I would like to understand, and of course I still struggle to read sheet music at a decent speed.
